No. All 3 members of the Board of Trustees and the founding leadership serve in an entirely voluntary, honorary fiduciary capacity. Under our registered Trust Deed, zero private profits, dividends, or trustee fees may be distributed.
As a newly registered entity under the Charities Act 2005 (CC63864), the Foundation is currently in its inaugural operating period. In accordance with statutory timeframes, our first full-year audited financial statements and Annual Return will be filed with Charities Services NZ and published on the public register and our dedicated Governance page.
