Governance, Compliance & Audit Framework
Transparent statutory stewardship, 3-trustee voluntary fiduciary governance, and institutional accountability under the New Zealand Charities Act 2005 (CC63864).
Our Governance Principles
The Ershad Julekha Foundation is governed in accordance with its registered Trust Deed and the statutory standards of the Charities Act 2005.
Inaugural Reporting & Audit Commitment
As a newly established charitable trust, the Foundation is operating in its inaugural financial period. Under our constitutional Trust Deed and New Zealand charity law, full financial statements will be prepared annually, reviewed or audited by independent chartered accountants, and submitted directly to Charities Services for public inspection.
100% Honorary Board Service
All 3 members of our Board of Trustees serve entirely in an honorary, voluntary capacity. No trustee salaries, director fees, or management profit shares are paid, ensuring maximum resources reach charitable community initiatives.
Non-Distribution Constraint
Our Trust Deed legally forbids any capital distribution or pecuniary private benefit to trustees, members, or associated parties. All accumulated funds remain irrevocably committed to advancement of education, youth skills, and humanitarian relief.
